Sales Taxes

Maine Residents - please add 5% sales tax on your order

United States Shipping

For UPS and Fed Ex orders, please provide a street address.  These orders can not be shipped to a PO Box.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments are shipped by First Class Mail which usually takes 5-7 days.  First Class Mail does not provide tracking and insurance. Please let us know if you would like tracking and/or insurance on your order.

International Shipping

Angelsong Creations® will ship internationally under the following conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.

Processing of international orders is more complicated and takes a little longer.  We will e-mail you an estimated shipping cost and need you to approve these costs before the order ships.  We are not able to ship on your account number at this time (but we're working on it).

We usually ship by International First Class Mail and delivery typically takes 10-14 business days. However, there can be delays for any number of reasons which include high mail volumes, increased security and extra time to clear customs. Sometimes, shipments take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. Angelsong Creations® has no control over the postal services and therefore does not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping.

If your shipment takes longer than 30 days, we can make a lost parcel claim with the US Post Office.  It may take another 30 days for the Post Office to complete its search process.

Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes

Your shipment may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes.  It is the obligation of the buyer to pay them if neccessary. This information is generally available by contacting your local postal office or customs office. Angelsong Creations® will not put any incorrect information on customs forms or shipping documents.

Packaging

Angelsong uses recyclable packaging material whenever possible and we recycle packaging materials whenever we can.

Sending a Gift

If you'd like to send an Angelsong Creations® product as a gift, we recommend using Amazon .

Returns

Angelsong Creations® will replace any merchandise damaged in transit once a photo of the damaged merchandise is sent to us.  Otherwise, all sales are final and we do not accept product returns.

Damaged Goods

Angelsong Creations® replaces any goods that are damaged in transit if you'll send us a photo of the damaged goods so that we can make a claim with the carrier.

Product Exchanges

Angelsong Creations® does not accept product exchanges at this time.

Order Cancellations

Angelsong Creations® accepts order cancellations up to 7 days before the time of shipment.  Once we are within 7 days of the requested ship date, we do not accept cancellations
